B.R.I.D.G.E. to Adulthood
The B.R.I.D.G.E. to Adulthood Program serves adult students under age 22 who have completed their initial 12th-grade year. These students are continuing to work toward graduation requirements and functional IEP goals with an emphasis on building vocational, life and community skills to prepare for their next steps. The program is available to students currently enrolled in the Academy.
Our B.R.I.D.G.E. to Adulthood Program offers individualized schedules based on each student’s pathway and IEP goals (determined in transition meetings between staff and families).
